NEW! Happy Spring Scrapbook Album Kit

Happy Wednesday! It's time to share this week's cheerful NEW mini album kit that will be in my shop on Friday. It's all about spring with its longer sunny days, blooming flowers, and the emerging birds, bees, and butterflies. Yep, life is getting a little more colorful, so ... say hello to Wishing You A Happy Spring!

I designed this with the Echo Park, Blossoms & Bees Collection. It has bright happy colors and iconic spring images of the sun, umbrellas, flowers, watering cans, cute little frogs, and butterflies. It's so playful and fun!

I also used the Graphic 45 Square Tag and Pocket Wrap Around Album. At 6" x 6" x 2.75", it has a chunky box shape that's packed with fun elements. I used this album in my
Let it Snow Scrapbook and loved it.

On the front, I added bright colorful papers, a cute sunny face with pink cheeks, and a 4x4 title card. The flap on the right wraps around the side of the album and has a magnetic closure so everything stays secure.

Open that flap, and inside is a cute mushroom print and another 4x4 card that's perfect for journaling. You could add dates, an event, a location, vacation plans, or ... a spring bucket list.

The album has 8 scrapbook pages (4 double-sided) that include this 🠝 cute lil pocket, 4 pocket pages, and 4 side pockets. That gives you a total of 9 pockets for saving photos, journaling cards, and memorabilia!

But wait ... that's not all! Each pocket page also has a tag with a metal grommet and a colorful ribbon. Plus, I created 9 flippies and space for 50 photos. See? I told you it was packed with fun interactive elements!

This beautiful scrapbook is perfect for photos of spring, Easter, family gatherings, fun with friends, Mother's Day, and wonderful everyday moments.

It would also make a fantastic album for anyone who loves flowers, nature, or gardening!  Add photos of an afternoon planting with the grandlittles, your garden, new blooms or vegetables, a flower festival, a trip to the botanical gardens, a butterfly farm, or a garden club.

With Easter, Mother's Day, and birthdays (there are always birthdays, lol!) right around the corner, this mini would make a lovely gift idea. If they're a crafter, give them the kit and let them enjoy the fun of assembling it. If not, you can make it for them or purchase the premade.

My colorful new "Wishing You A Happy Spring" Mini Album is perfect for photos of spring, celebrations, and sweet everyday memories. It has fun interactive elements that make this keepsake, a keeper!

The scrapbook kit and the premade will be available in my shop this Friday. Thanks for visiting the blog and have a wonderful day! 😊

Spring Easter Handmade Greeting Cards

Happy April, my friends! Today, I'm sharing 2 fun greeting cards that are perfect for spring, Easter, a birthday, or just to let someone know you're thinking of them. We can get so busy sometimes but, still want to find a little time to craft, so ... today's project is a simple one that's super cute and relatively quick.

Spring Easter Handmade Greeting Cards with cute bunny rabbits, pretty flowers, rainbow stripes, a heart, and circle cutouts

I designed these with a mix of 6 different Doodlebug Design collections that I had in my stash (links below). However, you could easily substitute similar products from more recent ones to replicate these.

Spring Easter Handmade Greeting Card with cute bunny rabbits, flowers, and circle cutouts

To make the first card, I cut the base out of Doodlebug's Petite Prints, Linen & Gingham in bumblebee. It measures 3.75" wide x 8.75" tall and uses a 3 7/8" x 8 7/8" envelope. Then, I added a circle flower sticker from the Simply Spring This & That sheet to the center of the card.

Next, I used the PhotoPlay #9 Circle Windows Die Set to cut the circles in the lavender "Sunday Dress" buffalo check print from Doodlebug's, Hoppy Easter Collection. I added some pop dots to the back and adhered on top of the card making sure the flower sticker was centered on the middle window.

Now ... time to decorate! I used some adorable rabbit icon stickers from the Easter Parade Collection. I tucked the bunny's legs behind the circle and her ear and arm just outside of it. How cute!

In the bottom window, I added the "just for you" word bubble from the Simply Spring Chit Chat, another bunny icon sticker, and a flower. The flowers are from the Flower Friends Mini Doodle-pops from the Fairy Tales Collection. I love their sweet smiling faces!

Next up, is this cute Hello card. For the base, I used white cardstock and cut a circle in the front cover using a Marvy Uchida punch. Then, I cut a slightly larger circle in the rainbow stripe print called "Chickie Babies" from the Easter Parade Collection and layered that on top.

I added a thin strip of Doodlebug's Petite Prints Linen & Gingham in swimming pool down the left side and then embellished. I found the "hello" die cut in the Chit Chat from the Bunny Hop Collection but you can find this in other collections as well.

Inside, I added more of the swimming pool gingham and embellished with the bunny rabbit, the white picket fence, and the orange polka dot egg ... all are icon stickers from the Easter Parade Collection.

So these were pretty simple and quick, right?! It's a cute project when you're short on time. These spring cards can be used for almost anything from a cute thank you card to get well soon card!

Thanks for stopping by the blog and happy crafting! 😊
