Christmas Joy Scrapbook Album with Miss Kate

Hello friends! Today, I'm excited to share a cute new project that I created in collaboration with Miss Kate Designs. It's a mini album titled Christmas Joy that's filled with one of their beautiful paper collections. The instructions for this scrapbook, my acrylic album, and the collection are all available with links below.

I designed this with my Acrylic Tall 4.5" x 6.5" Album and Miss Kate's Christmas Joy Collection (links below). It's filled with sweet images of Santa, snowmen, reindeer, gingerbread cookies, candy canes, and more.  

Inside, I added 16 scrapbook pages (8 double-sided) that include 2 fold-out pages, 2 pockets, 3 flippies, and space for 35 of your favorite holiday photos.

Above, is one of the pockets with some cute cards tucked inside. These can be used for journaling or photo mats, but ... you can also save memorabilia here. Add a letter to Santa, a special recipe, a Christmas card, brochure, or tickets to a holiday show.

Here is one of the fold-out pages. Aren't those poinsettias pretty? Inside, there is space for 3 pictures of your Christmas tree, a family dinner, a visit with Santa, baking holiday treats, or a party with friends. 

My instructions are super simple, step-by-step, AND they include measurements and full color photos of every page. Soooo ... anyone can recreate this fun project!

And speaking of fun ... how cute is this page with Santa, a gingerbread man, and those layered photo mats?

Christmas Cheers OOAK Scrapbook Album

Hi friends! I recently found some photos of a one-of-a-kind scrapbook album that I made, but forgot to blog about. Since the holiday season is upon us, I thought it would be a great time to share this Christmas Cheers Mini Album for a little inspiration. It's a wonderful gift idea and a fun project for your December memories.

I designed it with a 5.5" x 7.5" Prima Tall Album and the Simple Stories, Merry and Bright Collection (links below). It's filled with poinsettias, holly, string lights, Santa Claus, snowmen, wood paneled cars, and more. 

On the cover, I layered white paper, the holiday lights print, green cardstock, and the Santa SNAP card. I added some Doodlebug chunky twine in ladybug and the "cheers" die cut for the title.

Inside, there are 12 scrapbook pages (6 double-sided) that include fun interactive elements like pockets, flippies, and fold-out pages. I used patterned papers from the 6x8 paper pad, the tags & frames die cuts, SNAP cards, the 12x12 sticker sheet, and solid Bazzill cardstock in classic red and ivy (product links below).

Above is one of the fold-out pages. I used another SNAP card for this and it makes such a pretty spot for journaling. Inside, there is space for 2 photos.

Above, is one of the pocket pages with journaling cards / photo mats tucked inside. On the front of the pocket, I added the It's a Wonderful Life pattern paper covered in woodie wagons. Does anyone remember those cars made from the 1920's-1950's? Love that old style!

Here is a simple, but oh so pretty page. I think the rich green color is a fabulous backdrop for Christmas photos. I added a strip of plaid paper, a black photo mat, the "Happy Holidays" die cut from the Tags & Frames, a red enamel dot, and a cute flower sticker from the 12x12 sheet.

On the next page, I created another fun flippie with a reindeer SNAP card. The little lights on his antlers and those pretty flowers are so cute.

Some of you may still have this Simple Stories, Merry and Bright Collection tucked away in your stash since it's only a couple years old. I know I have collections that go WAY back, lol! Whether you have this line or a similar one ... these pages would be easy to replicate.
