NEW! Hot Diggity Dog Scrapbook Album

Hot Diggity Dog, it's Friday and I'm so happy! The weekend is almost here and I have a great new kit to share with you today. This fun project is titled Hot Diggity Dog and it's perfect for documenting all the sweet memories your furbaby gives you.

I designed this with the brand new PhotoPlay collection with the same name as the title (Hot Diggity Dog). These papers and stickers have the cutest little pups, bones, toys, doghouses, paw prints, polka dots, and lots of colorful pet supplies. 

I also used a white 8.25" x 6.25" 49 & Market Foundations 2" Landscape Album. It has 10 pages that include 2 fold-out pages, 2 pockets, 5 flippies, and space for at least 30 photos.

Inside, I've added lots of fun stuff! On the page above, there are 3 folding elements. The "Happiness" card is a flippie (#1) that folds up with space inside for 2 photos. Then to the right, it's a fold-out page (#2) that flips open to show ...

... these cute pages! There are 2 photo mats, a silly snoozing hound (love his little stick legs in the air!), lots of polka dots, and another flippie (#3) with a journaling card on top. 

These lined spaces are perfect for adding some fun facts like ... your dog's name, birthday, adoption date, age, or their favorite toy, treat, place to sleep, or park to play in! 

This next page has flippies on top of flippies! I love designing these interactive elements in my albums. I think they're super fun to create and in turn ... make the album more interesting to look through.

The photos above & below show 2 handy dandy pockets. You can use these to save memorabilia like ... their birth records, immunizations, a piece of fur, a paw print, or a stellar report card from their puppy day care!

Here's a fun idea for the journaling cards ... 

Create a bucket list of all the activities you'd like to do with your pet over their lifetime. Add fun vacation ideas like a road trip to a state park or a beach. Create a list of all the tricks you want to teach them. Or, list random things you'd like to do with them like play frisbee, go jogging, hike to a waterfall, or swim in the lake. Create a checklist so you can mark off each activity as you go. Don't forget to add pictures of your adventures!
