Hello everyone! Today is Lori Whitlock's July Blog Hop and my blog is the first stop on the hop. But be sure to visit Lori's site too because she has a sale and more great products for you!
For my project today, I'm sharing a really cute gift box and jar shaped greeting card that have a cherry🍒 theme. I made them using two of Lori's awesome cutting files called Cherry Favor Box and A2 Cherry Jam Card (SVG, Silhouette and SVG, Silhouette). What a cute gift set these make!
They would be perfect for mom, friend, daughter, neighbor, co-worker, babysitter, teacher, or hostess. The theme is universal so it could be used for a birthday, thank you, get well, anniversary, Mother's Day, welcome to the neighborhood, or ... any time you'd like to send a little love or show your appreciation.
For the box, I chose a cheerful Bazzill red cardstock for the base. Then, I added a polka dot print from Doodlebug's petite prints & green cardstock from Echo Park's Dino-mite Collection. This is great for small gift
items like candy, jewelry, gift cards, photos, tickets, recipes, or a few homemade cookies!
For the jar shaped card, I used Bazzill red cardstock for the base and at the top - a black and white gingham print from Lori's Bee Happy Collection. Perfect! Then, I added a bit of chunky twine, the tiny tag (my favorite part), and ... this card is ready for giving!
Below are the cutting files used to make these. I hope you'll give them a try. They were simple, fun, and make a wonderful gift for someone special.
There are more inspiring projects to see today, so be sure to hop to each blog for lots of great ideas!
