Retro Summer Fun Scrapbook Instructions

I designed this with a Simple Stories 6x8 inch binder and the awesome Retro Summer Collection. It's filled with images of pink radios, cute swimwear, an ice cream truck, beach bags, snow cones, striped umbrellas, neon signs, swimming pools, diving boards, and so much more!

This album has 24 pages that include 3 fold outs, 1 pocket, 3 chipboard tabs, 1 flippie, space for 65+ pictures (yesss!) AND ...

 ... a super fun waterfall feature! This interactive element can hold lots of summer photos. And, check out the cute Popsicle paper next to it. So many cute colors ... I mean flavors. 😉

Cat & Dog Scrapbook Albums with Doodlebug

Hey guys! I'm calling today Fur Baby Friday because I've just added 2 paw-sitively adorable NEW pet albums to the shop! They're made with Doodlebug's latest collections and they're SO CUTE! I have a cat album titled, Here Kitty Kitty and a dog album titled, Hello Furry Friend. They're wonderful for saving photos of your sweet pet and they make amazing gifts. I think you're going to love them.

These scrapbooks were designed with Doodlebug's new Pretty Kitty and Doggone Cute Collections and a square 6.5" x 6.5" Prima album.

How cute is this!! The colorful rainbow striped paper, the scallop paw print sticker, the teeny tiny mouse, and oh my goodness ... those little kitty faces all looking at you like they're waiting for you to say something! Lol 

Inside each album, there are 12 pages that include 3 fold-out pages, 2 pockets, a waterfall element page (see dog pics below), and 6 fun flippies like the one above. 

I've added lots of space to document your pet's wonderfully silly moments. On this page, I made a journaling card into a flippie so there's room for a photo on the outside and note taking on the inside.

Cats can be so, so funny! Be sure to take pictures of those moments like ... the zoomies, stuffing themselves into very small weird places, and pouncing & batting at anything in their path.

And when they're quiet, they can be the best napping buddies. Don't forget some selfies when they're cuddling, sleeping in a funny position, or snuggled up with their kitty siblings.

Both albums have 2 pockets each that are perfect for extra photos, a paw print, birth records, pedigree papers, vet reports, pics of their parents, tags, license, adoption papers, a piece of their fur, awards or certificates, and any other memorabilia.

Another super sweet little cover but this time there are 4 playful, goofy, and howling pups. The album is very similar to the kitty one, it just has a different color scheme.

What a great page for your pup's first photos. Whether you adopted them from a shelter, a friend, a neighbor, a breeder, or ... off the streets - save your photos from day 1 so you'll always remember them.

I love this journaling spot with the striped paper and the cute die cuts!

Here's the waterfall element I mentioned above. This adds so much storage to this little mini and ... it's fun to flip through!

Graduation Scrapbook Album & 12x12 pages

Happy Friday everyone! It's the end of the week (whoo hooo!) and it's time to share my newest scrapbook kits. I have two for you today and they're all about graduation! Yep, it's that time of year when families and friends come together to celebrate their student's wonderful accomplishments.

Graduation Scrapbook Instructions

I designed this with my black Acrylic 6.5" x 4.5" Album and the amazing Bella Blvd Cap and Gown Collection. There are lots of graduation icons, hearts, cameras, flowers ... all in black, white, and silver.

The front cover has an acrylic title that was designed by Sophie Gallo. I love the celebratory pose of the graduate with the print of the caps flying in the background. So good! 

Inside, there are 16 pages that include 2 pockets, 4 fold-out pages, 6 fun interactive flippies, and space for at least 38 photos. Perfect for a fun filled weekend!

This has a black and white color scheme, but ... you can totally customize the pages by substituting the some of the card stock mats with paper in your own school's colors! You can also change up the ribbons for a more personalized gift.

It's a perfect keepsake for graduates from kindergarten to high school. Even a college grad would love saving pictures of their special event in here!

Take photos of the cap and gown, school campus, the walk across the stage, family that was there to celebrate, and the special dinner or graduation party. What great moments!

I love this pocket with the students on the front. Each graduate is a little different but they all have those cute little circle cheeks, lol! You can save a copy of their diploma, the program, tickets, or extra photos here.

These were also designed with paper from Bella Blvd's Cap and Gown Collection, but the die cuts are from Doodlebug's Hat's Off Collection. There are two coordinating 2-page layouts with space for up to 21 photos.

I love the silver foil accents on the die cut pieces, and ... some of them are acetate! They don't show up well in the photos but they add a nice bit of shine to the layouts. I also love this cute little pocket and tags with ribbon. Perfect for journaling or 2 small photos.

Congrats to all of the graduates out there! This is such a special time and new adventures await. Be sure to take lots of photos and add them to my Graduation Mini Album and/or my 12x12 page layouts. This way, you can cherish these memories forever.

12x12 Easter Scrapbook Layouts

Hey guys! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter with family and friends. I'm guessing you have some great photos from the weekend. Yay! Time to print and scrap those memories!! Today's project is a simple 2-page layout idea that's perfect for your holiday pictures. Take a look ...

I designed these with paper from PhotoPlay's Hop To It Collection. Then, I added lots of embellishments from six different Doodlebug collections - Easter Parade, Hoppy Easter, Hippity Hoppity, Simply Spring, Sunkissed, and Easter Express (links below). 

For both layouts, I started with a sheet of Doodlebug's textured card stock in bubblegum, then layered white card stock on top. 

On this first page, I added space for 2 photos using pretty 12x12 PhotoPlay prints. They're perfect spots for pictures of an Easter egg hunt, family gatherings, the Easter Bunny, baskets filled with goodies, a brunch or dinner, and the family dressed in their Sunday best.

Check out the cute Sunsational Shaker-pops in the upper corner. The little Easter baskets, the egg hunt sign, and the Easter title are all icon stickers from the Hoppy Easter Collection. And ... the butterfly and the sweet chick are a Doodle-pops called Beak-A-Boo from the Hippity Hoppity Collection. 

I used the Alphabet Soup stickers in swimming pool for the year. The branch and birdhouse are icon stickers from the Easter Parade Collection. And the sweet little bird is a mini Doodle-pops called Blue Jays from the Easter Express Collection. 

I added the green grass washi tape behind the baskets. It's from the Sunkissed collection. How cute!

The next layout is filled with more flowers and butterflies and I added space for 3 more photos. There's even a little lined journaling spot that's perfect for names, the date, event, location, etc.

Look at the rainbow scalloped border sticker I added below the photo mat. I thought the pretty colors were perfect on this page. It's from the Hoppy Easter This and That sticker sheet.

I added more chicks from the Beak-A-Boo Doodle-pops, washi tape, and icon stickers (eggs, sign, and Bunny title from the Hoppy Easter Collection). That leaping bunny with the sweet smile might be my favorite.

Here's what the 2 layouts look like side-by-side. I think they turned out pretty cute!
