Hey guys! Today, I found some pictures of a winter album I made back in 2018 called Freezin' Season. Who remembers this one? Or bought the kit? For some reason, I never posted about it on the blog and honestly, it's too cute not to share! Lol! It's an oldie but a goodie so I hope it inspires some creative winter projects.
I designed this with the Simple Stories Freezin' Season Collection and a 6x8 inch black binder album.
I loved this paper collection so much that I made 2 other albums with it for my own photos. You can see those albums and my wonderful, nutty family here and here.
These colors are so much fun for winter - the pink, minty green, coral, and teal are gorgeous. I thought it was unique for the season and absolutely love it!
This album is perfect for photos of a snowy landscape, playtime in the snow, holidays, or simply everyday moments with friends and family.
Add photos from a winter vacation like skiing, a getaway to a cabin in the mountains, or a weekend of shows and shopping in the city. Yes ... I'll take all of the above thank you! ;)
On this page, I added 2 pretty plaid mats, then used an igloo card to make a flippie that overlapped on top. Love this interactive element for adding more photo space!
The prints in the collection were so fun and whimsical. The little houses with their curlicue of smoke, the polka dots, stripes, and hearts.
Every album I make has to have plenty of space for journaling. It's important to document the story or information that goes with the photos. I mean, we can't remember all the details of our fun, lol!! So, it's great to write down dates, locations, people's names, the event, and what was happening that day.
Well, I hope you all plan to "stay warm and snuggle up" this chilly season!
It's a great time to stay inside and make an album with your fun winter pictures. If you're looking for a more guided project ... I have lots of wonderful scrapbook kits available in my shop today (shop link below).
