Hello everyone! Today is Lori Whitlock's November Blog Hop and my blog is the first stop on the hop. But be sure to visit Lori's site because she has a sale, a giveaway and an awesome freebie for you!
For
my project today, I created a beautiful luminary using one of Lori's cutting files called 3D Luminary Ornate Pattern. It looks so pretty sitting in my entryway and it's perfect for the holiday season!
This is what it looks like in the evening when the lights are low. Check out the shadow it casts on the wall.
And, this is what it looks like in the daytime. I used a silver glitter paper from Bazzill. It's so sparkly and looks great with the detailed pattern.
Inside, I added a small battery operated tea light to create that pretty glow.
There's a cutout in the bottom so you can set the luminary down over the light. Fun to make and so simple!
There are more inspiring projects to see today so be sure to hop to each blog for lots of great ideas!
