Hey guys, today is National Gingerbread Cookie Day and I have something adorable to share with you that's sure to brighten your morning!
As a new Doodlebug Christmas collection is introduced, I'm often eager to
use my stash from older lines. It's my way of reminding myself to finish up the supplies I already have. So with that in mind, I created this "sweet" little shaped mini.
Isn't she cute?! I started with a cutting file from Doodlebug's Christmas Magic Collection called Gingerbread Man (link below). I cut the base out of white cardstock and top pieces out of Petite Prints Linen in Kraft. Then, I added a gingham bow and cute pink cheeks to make her a girl!
Inside, I used 12x12 paper and embellishments from the Christmas Magic and Night Before Christmas Collections. I searched for all the cute gingerbread prints, die cuts, and stickers that I could find but ended up adding a little bit of everything!
Wouldn't this mini be perfect for photos of a cookie party, exchange or swap? Or, what about a day of baking, decorating gingerbread houses, or going to see a display of these amazing candy covered houses? How fun!
Loving this gingerbread die cut and the tiny enamel gumdrops!!
This would also make a great Christmas or hostess gift. Imagine showing up to a holiday event with this in hand. So cute and you'd look like such a creative rock star. ;)
Check out the gingerbread cookie peeking out from behind the photo mat above! Ha! Love him, love that pink Dancing Sugarplums paper, and I love this little shaped mini album.
I'll be displaying this cute Gingerbread mini album every Christmas using my clear Acrylic Display Stand. They're perfect for showing off your holiday projects, and ... they're filled with your special photos, so you can always be reminded of those fun memories.❤️
I hope it made you smile today and inspires a new little scrapbook! 😊
