It's Fridaaaay!! And that means I've added not 1, but 2 NEW kits to the shop ... and both have castle themes! Yesterday, I shared my beach sand castle shaped mini album and today, I'm introducing a new Disney inspired album titled Memories At The Park. I've posted a few cover shots - now it's time to see the inside.
To purchase the instructions for this album visit:
I designed this album with the Simple Stories, Say Cheese At The Park Collection and the matching 6x8 inch binder. It's a big one at 2 inches thick. I've added so many amazing pages with space for over 100 photos! And that's not a typo, lol ... 100+!
In the kit, everything is already pre-cut for you and packaged by page. It's organized, simple and so fun! This is a huge value for what I've packed into this album. Wait until you see ...
There are 6 tabbed pages that create sections for each of the "themed lands" of Disney. They include:
- Magic
- Main Street
- Fantasy
- Tomorrow
- Adventure
- Frontier
There are 52 pages (26 double-sided) that include 2 fold-out pages, 8 pages with pockets, and 10 flippies.
For the Main Street section - you could add photos of the storefronts, the parade, horse and trolley, singing barbershop quartet, cast
members selling balloons, and the castle in the background. Don't worry, this album has room for it all!
Fun fact: the Walt Disney Railroad uses 4 meticulously restored, vintage steam
trains that were originally built between 1916-1928. These are an amazing piece of history so be sure to get a few photos on one. They take you on a relaxing 1.5 mile scenic trip around the park for about 20 minutes. Longest ride in Disney, lol!
Next up ... Fantasyland where you'll find the iconic castle. This was said to be Walt Disney's favorite land.
Any of your photos would look great on this pretty folding page. Add pictures of the princesses and fun rides like the Alice in Wonderland Tea Cups, Dumbo, Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, or the Seven Dwarfs Mine Ride. Don't forget the spectacular evening fireworks.
I love this star-covered pocket. Perfect for saving extra photos or memorabilia like your park map, character autographs, postcards, stickers, room key or park pass.
Do you see the gears, yellow driver's license and race car on the pages above? Great for photos of the Tomorrowland Speedway.
This section is ideal for memories from Adventureland. Include pictures from the Jungle Cruise ride, Swiss Family Treehouse, the Tiki Room and getting a Dole Whip treat. Yum!
Ahoy Mateys! There's a page for photos of the pirate themed ride, Captain Jack Sparrow, or trying on some pirate gear in the gift shop.
And there's another page for photos of the Haunted Mansion. Did you know that the crypts and tombstones outside are marked with humorous epitaphs in honor of Disney's own Imagineers? That's pretty cool.
If you'll look closely at the cover, you'll see I've added a custom cut acrylic "Memories" title. These are part of the kit but also available to purchase individually in my shop! So ... what do you think? This one was so much fun to put together. I can't wait to fill mine with photos!
Update: The album kit has sold out
but I've added the links for the Instructions and the products used below. My
instructions are simple, step-by-step and include measurements and full color
photos of each page. Happy scrappin'!
