Hey everyone! Father's Day is this Sunday, June 19th and I have the cutest card project for you! It's a pop-up, box card that I made using one of Lori Whitlock's cutting files (links below) and it's in the shape of a popcorn box. How fun is that? It's perfect for any dad or granddad and especially if they go by Pop!
It even has a little
film reel so if your dad is a big fan of the movies, he'll love it. Do you and your dad share a love for movies, go to the movies together or enjoy a good movie night at home (with popcorn, of course!) ... then this card is perfect. 💗
I rubbed / distressed the edges of the popcorn pieces using Ranger Archival Ink in Sunflower for a little more definition. I love the way it turned out.
You could add a gift card for the movie theater in this by sliding it between the layers and taping it in for security. What a fun gift!
It looks really cute sitting out for display but it also folds flat for mailing or storing. Below are the products used to make this card. Keep an eye out for some other Father's day projects I'll be sharing this week.
Thanks for stopping by today!
