Hey guys! I have another fun Disney themed project to share with you today. It's a little autograph (and photo) book that's perfect for your special, and very important character meetings. Since you're in the park it needed to be small and easy for your littles to give to their new Disney friend. I think I came up with a pretty cute one!
To make this I used the Doodlebug Fun At The Park collection, black chipboard for the covers, white cardstock for the inside pages, and the mini cinch tool to bind it. (Product links below.)
First, I cut the chipboard into two 4.5"x7" pieces and covered one piece with white cardstock and that cute red heart print called Tea-rific Time.
Then, I punched a 3.5" scalloped circle out of black paper and a 3" circle out of white paper and used them to highlight the castle icon sticker. I added the yellow border sticker from the This and That, Sunshine Alpha stickers for the title, and a few fun stars from the mini icon stickers.
Inside the album, there are plenty of white pages so characters have no trouble knowing where to sign or if there's enough room. I added a mini icon sticker on the corner of the pages for a little fun.
Next to the binding, I used border stickers from the This and That and some fun decorative strips from Doodlebug's Paper Frills. I loved mixing it up on each page.
If you're not familiar with Doodlebug's Paper Frills check them out at Starlit Studio. One package contains 32 12-inch long pieces and they come in lots of assorted designs and Doodlebug colors. Love them!
In this pic you can see there's room for the autograph and a photo, side-by-side! So after the vacation, you can print your images and add even more fun to this adorable keepsake.
I remember when the boys were little, they would walk up to
meet Mickey, Donald or Pluto with their autograph book in hand. They would
smile and hold it up. Oh my heart would melt. Getting those characters to sign
that was so exciting for them and we loved taking pictures of that special moment.💗
