Hey guys! Who loves Doodlebug's Happy Haunting collection? Meeeee toooo! So, I made a cute 12x12 page for this year's Halloween shenanigans! Check out those bright
colors, the kooky eyes and the funny little shaped house. Perfect for
photos of costumes, trick-or-treating, and a pumpkin full of loot.
I love the symmetry of this design. I got my inspiration from this block-style layout that's a 2021 October Page Maps Sketch. I love Page Maps! You can see more here.
I started with a 12x12
sheet of black cardstock and a colorful gingham print called Happy Owl-oween. I added some mats in black and white with more fun 12x12 prints and created somewhat of a grid.
This purple section is so cute! The paper is Doodlebug's Buffalo Check and woodgrain in Orchid. I added a journaling card and lots of fun goodies from the Odds and Ends, Bits and Pieces and Chit Chat (links below).
Don't these prints look great together? I love that they share the same color palette but have a very different pattern size. The fun little stars and bat die cuts are from the Odds and Ends.
Then, as the pièce de résistance ... I added some adorable SPRINKLES!! My favorite! The teeny tiny grey clouds and stars are so cute. They make me so happy. Oh man ... I really am a scrapping nerd. 😂
