Hi friends! What little girl (or big girl!) doesn't love a little bling? I don't wear a lot of jewelry but when it comes to scrapbooking, I LOVE to add some sparkle. My latest Doodlebug Design Team project is filled with pretty gems. Let's see if you can find all the fun ways I used mini jewels in my new Happy Birthday mini album ...
The album tabs are obvious, lol! Keep looking. Hint: I never leave the house without them.
Are you finding them? And how cute are these pages? I designed this album with Doodlebug's Hey Cupcake Collection (links below) and I love everything about it. The colors, the pattern papers, and the die cuts ... so perfect for highlighting your fun birthday photos.
Do you see the sparkle on these pages? They might be my favorites.
Great job! I'm sure you found some! Aren't they cute? This little album is so fun and girly - I just love it.
Here are some close-ups. I gave the cute little cover girl some earrings, the candy got some sparkle, the scallop circle and banner got a pretty pop of shine, and below ...
... the candles appear to be glowing!
We can't forget her pretty crown. It's the perfect place for some sparkly bling! 💎
I used some really fun products too. That birthday banner on the last page? I cut those cute letters with the Alex Alphabet dies (link below).
And isn't this large scallop circle awesome? I've used it on so many projects for embellishments, circular photo mats, and journaling spots. It's one of Doodlebug's nesting scallops dies.
I didn't count how many little jewels I used in this project but I think it was a few, lol. 😉 I'm really glad I stocked up on them. Thanks for stopping by the blog today and I hope you were inspired with my bejeweled Happy Birthday Album!
