Hey
guys! On May 30th, NASA launched the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft carrying 2 astronauts from Kennedy Space Center in Florida, to the International Space Station. Well ... that's pretty cool!
So in honor of this exciting event, I thought I'd share an older project with you just for fun and a little inspiration. It's some page layouts that I did with paper & embellishments from
October Afternoon's Rocket Age Collection. I love the vintage 1950's feel of the graphics ... such a cute style for little boys (or girls!) who love rocket
ships, outer space, astronauts, NASA and flying to the moon!
Oh my gosh, the freckled face little boy, the robot, the teddy bear ... too cute! I can just imagine a child's room decorated like these pages.
I love the red, white and blue colors, the stars and the patriotic feel in some of these papers. I mean after all, Saturday's flight launched American astronauts in American rockets from American soil on their way to America's national lab orbiting the Earth! Can't get more patriotic than that!
Hope this inspires some outer space, rocket flying, adventure themed scrappin'!
