8x8 Down On The Farm Scrapbook Pages

Hello my friends! Today I'm sharing my latest Doodlebug Design Team Project. You may remember that I recently shared my 8x8 Storybook album with you here. It's a scrapbook I'm working on for my granddaughter and I've completed a few more pages. Take a look ...

I used a Doodlebug favorite ... the Down on the Farm collection. It worked perfectly for our family photo shoot even though we weren't at a farm. 

Don't they look great in my Storybook album? Love!

This 8x8 album is a great size for putting the focus on the photos. The photos in the pictures above are 4x6.  

Here are 2 more pages with my granddaughter and her stuffed pig, Pua (from the Disney film Moana). 

I added some glitter enamel dots in pink & brown for a feminine touch (links below).

Perfect piggy inspiration for these pages! ;)

By the Sea Nautical Scrapbook Album

Hi guys! Today, I have a nautical themed scrapbook to share with you! It's titled By The Sea and it makes a great keepsake album for your all your ocean themed memories like ... a day of boating, relaxing beach side, taking a cruise, or island hopping!

It would be perfect for a cruise vacation or a fun weekend of sailing ... or a family beach trip, renting a house on the ocean. 

The fabulous acid free archival safe paper and embellishments are from the Carta Bella Deep Blue Sea Collection and the chipboard album is by Simple Stories.

This would be a great gift for someone. Or ... you could use this for coast guard photos, a visit to the lighthouse, or maybe a nautical themed birthday party.

The chipboard binder album is packed with interactive pages, pockets, plastic photo sleeves, chipboard dividers, and tons of embellishments. It includes 12 white scrapbook pages (6 double-sided), 3 double-sided tabbed chipboard pages, 10 photo sleeve pages, and space for at least 75 photos!

I always create my albums so that photos can easily tuck under embellishments, and I always use only acid-free, photo-safe supplies. The title on the cover says "By The Sea" and some of the other pages say "Ahoy There", "Bon Voyage", "Ride the Waves" and "Adventure", and "Life's A Beach".

Mother's Day Waterfall Mini Album

Hello everyone! Mother's Day is just around the corner so, today I have a fun mom-inspired mini album to share with you. It uses one of my favorite Doodlebug collections titled Hello and it is so lovely. It's filled with pretty colors, flowers, and touches of metallic gold!

Update ... Doodlebug has come out with the Hello Again Collection which would also be a great option for this mini! (Product links below.)

For this album, I wanted lots of the pretty pattern paper to show so I created layered cascading pages by sizing each one 1" shorter than the page below. They are 6" wide, and then 4", 5", 6", 7", 8" and 9" high.

Isn't the pop of gold in this collection pretty? The "Love You Bunches" piece from the Chit Chat pack worked perfectly on this page.

 

Dark pink and aqua blue are one of my favorite color combos so this collection was right up my alley! 

 

 

For the page above I used an envelope from the Hello card assortment pack.  This will be a fun place to tuck notes and photos.

 

Check out the "Me & You" die cut from the Chit Chat. The metallic gold foil words really shine!

Summer Fun Scrapbook Album, Splash Zone

Hello friends! Summer is here and I have a fun album for some of your favorite warm weather memories. If this doesn't make you think of family vacations at the beach, splashing in the pool, and the smell of coconut sunscreen ... I don't know what will. I'm ready for a vacation! 🌞

I designed this with a super cute collection by Bella Blvd called Splash Zone. I love all the colors and fun, summer themed prints. I also used a few Doodlebug Petite Prints here and there and a great cutting file for the title - "Summer Fun" (links below).

This album is perfect for photos of ... a day at the water park, building sand castles on the beach, or playing in the backyard sprinklers. 💦 

 

I really love the background paper above (called Flower Garden) and the cute fold-out card. There are lots of flippies, great journaling spots, and plenty of room for your memories.

 

 

This 6"x8" album has 16 pages that include pockets for saving extra photos, brochures from summer activities, tickets, postcards, or any memorabilia. 

 

Isn't this pink polka dot page adorable? This mini is full of great colors, phrases, and embellishments (like that little camera, lol!).
