Happy Wednesday! Who's ready to see this week's brand new kit that will be in my shop on Friday? It's a wonderfully generic mini album titled Everyday Memories that has bright citrus colors and a playful summer vibe that's perfect for all kinds of fun memories!
I designed it with the Simple Stories, Sweet Summertime Collection that's filled with fun images of flowers, cameras, cherries, butterflies, ladybugs, ice cream cones, and fun whimsical patterns.
For the album, I used my 7x7 inch clear Acrylic Scallop Square Album. It has a pretty scalloped edge around all 4 sides, 6x6 inch white cardstock pages, and silver binding rings.
Here's a close-up of the album's scalloped edge. Isn't it pretty? The scallops have little lace like cut-outs!
On the cover, I chose a 3x4 card with flowers and a butterfly, then used the "memories" foam sticker for the title. For dimension, I added some thick white acrylic circles and covered them in pattern papers that I cut with a circle punch. Then, I finished it off with some glossy enamel dots. I love how all the circle shapes mimic the scallop edge and pattern paper behind the clear cover.
Inside, there are 16 scrapbook pages that include 2 fold-out pages, 2 pockets, 9 flippies, a bunch of cute journaling cards, and space for 40+ photos. The page above has one of those flippies, along with fun yellow polka dots, a colorful plaid, and lots of "good vibes".
Here's a smaller 4x6 inch page. It has a cute scene on the front and a pretty plaid paper on the backside so you can add a picture. And I love the saying ... "it's all about the moments in-between". So true. 💕
This cheerful scrapbook has a light, summery theme but it's not overly specific. So, it's perfect for photos of everyday moments, fun with family or friends, a birthday or ANY celebration, date night or girls night out, silly selfies with the kiddos, a vacation or a weekend getaway, and even photos with your furbabies!
Here's a peek at another fold-out page. The front flap has a super cute journaling card where you can document about "the best day ever". 😉
I love the extra space a fold-out page gives you in mini albums, so I always try to add a few to my scrapbooks. This one has "The Good Life" card on the front that matches the cute plaid paper inside perfectly. Open it up and you'll see ...
... a pretty pink flippie, another journaling card, and space on the inside of the flap for 1-2 more photos! And did you notice I sprinkled enamel glitter dots throughout the album? Love those.
