Hello crafty girls! It's time for my latest Bella Blvd Design Team Project and this week, I created a cute tabbed acrylic scrapbook for photos of your best friend, loyal companion, and sweet furry faced dog. AND ... good news! I've just added the instructions for it to my shop!! It's titled Smile Maker and it's filled with bright fun colors, paw prints, hearts, and adorable little pups!

I designed this with the Bella Blvd, Bow Wow Collection which I absolutely LOVE. The colors, the patterns, and all the different dog breeds wearing cute little sweaters, bandanas, scarves, flowers in their hair, and even glasses!

For the album, I used my 7.5 x 4.25 inch Acrylic Tabbed Album. It has 6 clear pages made of sturdy 1/16" acrylic and comes with two silver binding rings. For today's project, I swapped those out for red ones.

On the cover, I added the red heart print called Top Dog, then cut a thin strip from the Pawprints On My Heart paper and adhered it along the top. In the center, I added the "smile maker" Chit Chat die cut and the real star of the show ... the 3D Bella-pops sticker titled Best Dog! It's so, so cute and adds dimension to the front.

Here, you'll notice that I only decorated the lower half of the front cover. This way, the dog on the next page can be seen through the clear acrylic and appears to be looking back at you! Lol, so silly. I love designing transparent albums and playing with layers like this. 💕

On this page, I created a photo mat using the 12x12 yellow gingham Dog Pack paper and the rainbow stripe Daily Details print. Then, I added the cute dog from the Ephemera Icons and matched it on the back side with a second one.

Each acrylic page has a tab at the top that I decorated with some cute little epoxy hearts and puffy stickers. I love how they add texture and interest to the album. If you prefer to group your photos into sections, you could add dates or words instead, like ... "puppy", "playtime", "sleeping", "walks", "silly faces", etc.

The Bow Wow Collection features so many fun images that will highlight just about all of your pet photos. There are toys, a leash, dog food, treats, first aid, bones, and ... bath time! Above, I added the puffy "pet me" sticker with the cute die cut of a pup soaking in bubbles. 🫧

Here's another fun layout that plays with the clear acrylic. I covered the lower part of the page with the plaid Pawsitive Vibes paper and made two photo mats with the green floral Borders print. I adjusted the height so the curious little black and white dog on the page behind it could peek over the top! Then, I embellished with the fire hydrant and heart die cuts, and the pink word bubble puffy sticker.

Who's ready for a flippie?! I created three in this album, but I think this one is my favorite. I used the adorable 3x4 "wake up" card from the Daily Details sheet and added two pretty photo mats inside made from a floral pattern. Then, I decorated with some colorful Ephemera Icons and the polka dot Doohickey corner stickers.

This would make an amazing gift idea for a friend, your dog walker, or ... any dog owner. Oh! And you could also make one for cats with Bella Blvd's adorable Meow Collection!

Doesn't this mini look great sitting on my clear Acrylic Display Stand? You can leave this out year round and add to it as you take more photos of your pampered pooch.
