Hello everyone! I'm thrilled to be over on Lori Whitlock's blog today sharing a new 12x12 autumn inspired scrapbook page. I used one of her ahh-mazing cutting files to create a pretty collage that's filled with detailed cut outs of acorns, apples, pumpkins, leaves, and berries. Isn't it gorgeous?!
The cutting file is called Fall Heart (SVG, Silhouette) and I used the Doodlebug Design paper collection called Pumpkin Spice. This file makes a beautiful piece of artwork all by itself, but ... being the scrapbooker that I am I had to add a sweet photo of my grandlittles.
Now for the how to! I cut out and arranged the larger pieces first, then filled in with the smaller leaves. You know I love a sprinkle so, I added some glitter enamel dots and hearts in between for a little shine. Love!!
To finish the page, I created a coordinating mat, added my photo and a few die cut words. This layout would be perfect for photos of a hike through nature, the pumpkin patch, a fall vacation, or Thanksgiving Day.
Whether it's in a scrapbook or framed and hung on the wall for decor ... this is a perfect fall project. In the photo above, I used Click Stix by Foundations Decor to frame mine!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll visit Lori's shop for more amazing craft ideas.
