Hey guys! I live in Georgia and it's not unusual to go an entire winter without seeing a single snowflake. So when it snows, it's a big deal! Schools close, drivers stay off the roads, and the kids head outside to play. We all just hope it sticks long enough to build a snowman or sled down a hill, lol! Today, I'm sharing a 12x12 layout that's all about one of those days & my sweet granddaughter's excitement!
I designed this with the Doodlebug Design Winter Wonderland Collection and was inspired by the colors in Rylee's hat. I started with a lilac Frosted Forest paper as the background and knew I wanted to fill the top of the page with lots of colorful snowflakes.
I love the amazing 3D Doodle-pops stickers so I added pieces from 3 different ones - Hans, Bruce, and the owl is from Foxy & Friends. Bruce the moose cracks me up - love his name, lol! And below them, I included a row of pretty enamel heart sprinkles and a journaling spot.
I used foam adhesive under my snowflakes and topped several of them with the enamel shape sprinkles.
I also like the pop of color that the chit chat pieces add at the bottom of the page. This is probably the only snow layout I'll get to do this year since our temps are in the 60's now, but I hope I've inspired those of you who enjoy snow-filled winters!
