Hey guys! Summer is almost here in Georgia and I couldn't be more ready! Don't get me wrong, spring is a beautiful time of year but it's the pollen. I'm ready for some sunshine without the sneezing! This is why my newest mini album titled Sweet Summer Fun makes me so happy. Summer fun ... here I come!
I designed this with a 6x8 inch yellow Simple Stories binder and the Doodlebug Design, Sweet Summer Collection. I added lots of die cuts from the Odds & Ends and Chit Chat to the cover. Don't they look adorable paired with chunky the twine and sprinkles? Love! (Product links below.)
Another thing I love about this new collection? Well, I grew up in the 80's ... big hair, big shoulder pads, and a boombox on the beach with a collection of mix tapes. Need I say more?
There are such pretty colored papers and I'm definitely stocking up on that gorgeous plaid! I just love it.
How cute are those smiley-faced fruit? I love how Doodlebug puts a smiley face on everything. The sunshine paper above called Catching a Wave and fruit print is called Fruit Cocktail. Lots of summer vibes!
I like to add lined journaling spots throughout my albums. This paper comes in the Simple Stories binder that I used and looks so cute covered in colorful drinks and hearts!
I hope this gives you happy summer feelings for the season ahead. Thanks for stopping by the blog today!
